Shawn Mobley has been named leader of the newly formed US Investor Services Group of Cushman & Wakefield.
The US Investor Services Group will serve as a single point of contact for property owners. The group will consist of capital markets, agency leasing and asset and property management services.
Mobley previously served Cushman & Wakefield as the company’s central area president and market leader in Chicago.
“This is an exciting opportunity for our investor service clients, for our firm, and for me,” said Mobley in a written statement.
