Real estate developers Time Equities, JK Equities and Oak Capitals, partners behind 1000M, have selected Kara Mann to design the interiors of the 74-story condominium tower by Chicago architect Helmut Jahn.
The tower will be Mann’s first ground-up condominium tower. Mann comes with extensive experience in luxury residences, hospitality projects and high-end retail shops.
She is responsible for the interior layouts and finish selections for the 323 residences and all amenities at 1000M. Residences will feature open plans, glass walls, lots of natural light and panoramic views. Each space will feature natural wood floors, a mix of stone options in the kitchens and bathrooms, custom cabinetry, Subzero refrigerators and Wolf ranges. Bathrooms will include ‘wet rooms’ furnished with large soaking tubs and oversized showers.
The amenity space will focus on health and wellness while encouraging a sense of community.
