Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed a 19,280-square-foot sale to Chicago Tech Inc. at 3501 Woodhead Drive in Northbrook.

Chicago Tech Inc. has purchased the 19,280-square-foot industrial/flex building located within the Sky Harbor Business Park to accommodate the expansion and relocation of their operations currently located in Chicago. The property offers 18-foot clear height, 4,600 square feet of office space, four drive-in doors, ESFR throughout and parking for 32 cars.

The company specializes in high tech equipment, providing IT and Telecom Asset Management. Chicago Tech Inc. chose the north suburban property for its convenient location for distribution and to be situated within a premier business park with frontage along the I-94/I-294 spur.

Brad Weiner of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the buyer in the transaction. Angelo Labriola and Paul Cawthon of Sperry Van Ness worked on behalf of the seller, a private entity.
