Chicagoland Apartment Association names 2016 CAMME Awards winners

The 2016 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards celebrated 54 winners at its 23rd annual gala Nov. 3, at Chicago’s Navy Pier.

More than 1,000 industry professionals attend the Chicagoland Apartment Association’s CAMME awards each year to honor excellence across every facet of Chicagoland’s apartment industry.

The CAA represents more than 6,000 apartment professionals who own and/or manage approximately 900 properties and 180,000 apartment units throughout the Chicagoland area.

This year, more than 300 entries were submitted. Winners were selected based on their ability to meet or exceed a set standard of criteria, including financial and performance goal achievement, overall exterior condition, curb appeal and maintenance of the property, landscaping, condition and design, marketing, community outreach programs and resident satisfaction.
