Chicagoland Apartment Association names Dan Gladden president

Dan Gladden has been named president of The Chicagoland Apartment Association’s board of directors. The trade association represents thousands of apartment industry professionals, including owners and managers of buildings ranging from two-flats to the largest publicly traded real estate investment trusts.

Gladden is also president of the East Region of AMLI Management Company, responsible for all community operations of AMLI’s assets in Chicago, Atlanta, Denver and Southeast Florida. Before joining AMLI in 1999, Gladden was a partner in a private real estate appraisal firm.

Gladden earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, following a degree in finance from California State University, Fullerton. He now resides in Naperville, IL with his wife and children, and is actively involved in coaching youth sports.
