For the ninth straight year, REjournals has hosted its Chicagoland Apartment/Multifamily Summit. This year, over 300 industry professionals came out to the Montgomery Club to network and hear CRE professionals discuss trends in the multifamily sector.
The keynote remarks were given by Ron DeVries of Integra Realty Resources. The State of the Market panel was moderated by Joe Smazal of Interra Realty and panelists included Tim Anderson of Focus, Kathryn Arnold of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, Aaron Galvin of Luxury Living, Michael Hayford of Kastle Systems and Tammy Kelly of Redwood Capital Group, LLC. Berkadia’s Ralph DePasquale moderated the Trends in Finance, Investment, Development panel, which included Ryan Engle of Marcus & Millichap, Jordan Gottlieb of Essex Realty Group, John Jaeger of CBRE and Igor Zhizhin of American Street Capital as panelists.
