Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (CCRE) recently facilitated the sales of three commercial properties in Chicago’s northwest suburbs.
In the first deal, CCRE represented seller 201 S. Grove, LLC in the sale of a 11,000-square-foot office condo suite located at 201 S. Grove Street in Barrington, Illinois. President Randy Olczyk and senior vice president Tom Callahan represented the seller in the recent sales transaction. Spring Creek Realty represented the buyer, CCEEAA Group, LLC.
The fourth-floor office condo unit is in the BMO Bank building in downtown Barrington located adjacent to the Barrington Metra Train Station. There are substantial building common area renovations underway at the property. Office condo suites are still available for sale ranging in size from 3,800 to 11,000 square feet.
In the second sales transaction, Olczyk and Callahan represented seller Wilke Commons, LLC. in the sale of a 6,400-square-foot, multi‐tenant retail center located at 7‐23 N. Wilke Road Arlington Heights, Illinois. Robert Thomas of Jameson Real Estate represented the buyer, Wilke Plaza LLC, in the recent acquisition. The property was 88 percent leased at the time of the sale.
In the final sales transaction, CCRE senior vice president Ray Okigawa represented seller Pet Project LLC in the sale of a 5,495-square-foot, two‐story office building at 1603 Colonial Pkwy in Inverness, Illinois located within Williamsburg Village. Okigawa also represented investor TNI Realty Holding, LLC in the recent sale.
