Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate, Inc (CCRE) recently represented two clients in the disposition of industrial and office assets in the Chicago area. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
CCRE represented Midwest United Skys LLC in the disposition of a 14,800-square-foot, freestanding office warehouse building situated on 2.43 acres located at 702 Magna Drive in Round Lake, Illinois. President Randy Olczyk and senior vice president Tom Callahan represented the seller in the transaction. Michael A. DeSerto of Entre Commercial Realty represented the buyer 702 Magna, LLC.
In the second deal, CCRE senior vice president Ray Okigawa and Olczyk represented seller Hollenberg Property Management, LLC in the sale of a 4,750-square-foot, single-tenant office building located at 634 S. Arthur Avenue in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Troy Golden of Golden Group Real Estate represented the buyer, Angel M. Traub, in the acquisition.
