Palatine, Illinois-based Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the sellers in two separate warehouse transactions in the Chicago suburbs of Schaumburg and Melrose Park.
In the first transaction, president Randy Olczyk, along with senior vice president Ray Okigawa, represented a private investor in the sale of a 24,780-square-foot office/warehouse building located at 181-185 E. Commerce Drive in Schaumburg, Illinois, within the Woodfield Business Center development. Colliers International‘s Suzanne Serino represented the buyer, THK America, Inc., in the acquisition.
Olczyk and Okigawa also represented seller JG Hessco, LLC in the sale of an 11,591-square-foot, single-tenant warehouse building located at 2080 Hawthorne Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois. The building, on 1.23 acres, was purchased by logistics company JEMA Industries, LLC who will renovate and occupy the entire building. Olczyk and Okigawa also procured and represented the buyer in the sales transaction.
