Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate represented seller 620 Enterprise Drive in the sale/leaseback of an 18,883-square-foot single-tenant office/warehouse building in Oak Brook, Illinois.
The property is located at 620 Enterprise Drive in Oak Brook.
President Randy Olczyk and senior vice president Ray Okigawa with Chicago Commercial Real Estate were the sole brokers in the transaction.
The flex building has about 70% office buildout and signage on Interstate-88. The buyer, Ogden OB, LLC, acquired the property for $2.845 million, according to public records.
In a second industrial sales transaction, Olczyk represented Chicago-area landscaping maintenance company Property Werks in the acquisition of a 13,130-square-foot office/warehouse building at 156 Williams St. in Carpentersville, Illinois.
The warehouse building sits on a 3.35-acre lot that will be used for the outdoor storage of materials.
