Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate, Inc. recently completed three new retail leases in the Chicago suburbs. Totaling 7,529 square feet, the transactions were in Evanston, Mount Prospect and Palatine, Illinois.
Chicagoland Commercial associate broker Steven Hirsch represented Partnership Financial Credit Union in a 10-year, 2,299-square-foot lease at 2522 Green Bay Road in Evanston. This location will be the credit union’s fourth suburban location adding to existing facilities in Barrington, Morton Grove and Des Plaines. James Nash of Farnsworth-Hill, Inc. represented the landlord in the transaction.
The firm also represented landlord MPC Company, LLC in a 3,630-square-foot lease to Trilokah Indian Restaurant within Mount Prospect Commons located at 1748 W. Golf Road, Mount Prospect. The new tenant will occupy the former Retro Bistro restaurant space within the shopping center. President Randy Olczyk along with senior vice president Tom Callahan represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Jay Chandran of Jay C. Realty Inc. represented the tenant.
Olczyk and Callahan also represented landlord Palatine Retail Center, LLC in a 1,600-square-foot lease to Synergy Builders at 7 E. Northwest Highway in Palatine. Synergy Builders is a design/build home remodeling company that will use the space as a showroom. Olczyk and Callahan also represented the tenant in the transaction.
