More than 150 attendees gathered at the Montgomery Club Sept. 8 to hear about the latest trends and strategies in Chicago retail at the Chicagoland Retail: State of the Market conference. Just as experts predicted, retail continues to boom across the area, showing no signs of slowing down. Attendees got an inside peek at opportunities and trends in the retail market, how to structure the deal, and strategies in today’s building and leasing.
