Randel Waites has joined Chicago’s Avison Young as a principal. He will provide advisory services to new and existing clients, and lead Avison Young’s property, facilities and asset management efforts in the Chicago area.
Waites brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young, most recently serving as managing director of corporate occupier and investor services for Cushman & wakefield’s Midwest region.
