Alvaro transitioned into real estate in 2020, quickly distinguishing himself with a relationship-driven approach and a sharp understanding of the Chicagoland market, where he was raised.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Enterprise Leadership from the University of Iowa. In addition to his professional pursuits, Alvaro actively volunteers as a mentor and coach for the University of Iowa’s MIT Venture program, where he supports JPEC alumni in their entrepreneurial journeys. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and creating digital content.
