Aiyash holds a degree in Organizational Communication from DePaul University and brings meaningful experience from her time in residential brokerage. Her background has equipped her with the skills necessary to connect with clients, understand their goals, and advocate effectively on their behalf. She has worked both on the front lines of real estate and behind the scenes, gaining exposure to leasing, marketing, and client service.
