He brings an accomplished background in the hospitality and events industry, where he honed his expertise in building relationships, curating memorable experiences, and supporting local communities.
At Cawley, Matt specializes in market research, financial modeling, and data-driven reporting across industrial, office, and mixed-use assets. His work provides clients with actionable insights to evaluate opportunities, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Outside of the office, Elich is an avid fishing and nature enthusiast.
