Chicago-based Citadel Property Advisors hired Olivia Wirth as Senior Vice President, where she will focus on leasing and sales for third-party office and healthcare properties.
Wirth brings more than a decade of experience across office and medical office sectors, with a strong track record of executing complex transactions and advising institutional and private clients. Her background includes extensive work with Class A office and medical office towers throughout Chicago’s most prominent submarkets, including North Michigan Avenue, the West Loop, and the Gold Coast.
In addition, Wirth has deep expertise in healthcare real estate, having spent several years at HSA PrimeCare where she specialized in medical office leasing and strategic advisory for healthcare providers and national institutional investors. Prior to joining Citadel, she completed over 170 sale and lease transactions at SVN Chicago Commercial spanning multiple asset classes.
Throughout her career, Wirth has demonstrated a strong ability to drive results, including sourcing and negotiating more than 500,000 square feet of lease transactions across downtown office and medical office properties. Her expertise spans financial analysis, tenant advisory, and market strategy, making her a valuable resource for property owners and investors seeking to maximize asset performance.
