Chicago’s Daniel Management Group made two new corporate hires.
Ian Bingham, an experienced multifamily executive joins DMG as senior vice president of business development. Additionally, DMG hired Gzim Durakovic as director of maintenance.
- Ian Bingham: Ian brings more than 27 years of industry experience in market rate, affordable, student housing and SFR/ BTR throughout North America with a focus on the Midwest. Prior to DMG, Ian served in a business development role at Buckingham Companies, RPM Living, and CF Real Estate Services. Prior to that, Mr. Bingham was an executive with Village Green Holding, LLC where he focused on both business development and site operations for 17 years. Ian is a board member of NMHC and the current vice chair of the membership committee.
- Gzim Durkovic: Gzim joins the DMG maintenance leadership team with more than a decade of experience in construction and facilities management across multifamily and mixed-use portfolios. In this new role, he will focus on strengthening maintenance operations, overseeing preventative maintenance and improving curb appeal. He will work closely with the entire DMG maintenance team to drive maintenance accountability through clear performance metrics and will be assisting with property budgeting. Most recently, Gzim served as a Regional Construction and Facilities Manager at Redwood Construction, overseeing more than 20 properties and over $200 million in capital projects. He also has held senior maintenance leadership roles with Berkshire Management and Greystar.
