Chicago-based Daniel Management Group promoted Lauren Evett to Vice President of Property Management.

The promotion reflects Lauren’s expanding role at DMG as she takes on a larger and more diverse portfolio spanning a wider array of assets, clients and staff.

Lauren has become an increasingly critical part of DMG’s leadership team, particularly in guiding properties through the demanding transition-to-stabilization period. In this larger role, she is responsible for setting the strategic direction for each asset as it moves from acquisition or repositioning into stable, well-performing operations — a phase that requires close coordination across our team and our clients.

As she has grown into this role, Lauren has demonstrated a strong command of the full scope of the property business plan, operating with a level of independence that reflects her deepening expertise. She takes ownership of budget creation and execution from start to finish, ensuring each property’s financial plan is both ambitious and achievable.

Lauren also brings a broad scope of experience to every asset in her portfolio, working to maximize value across every touchpoint of the property. Her contributions include:

  • Logo and branding recommendations
  • Advertising recommendations
  • Staffing evaluations
  • Outdoor and common area amenity recommendations
  • How to increase curb appeal

Lauren started at DMG in 2018 as a property manager. Lauren’s promotion to Vice President of Property Management underscores DMG’s continued investment in developing leaders who can drive value across an expanding portfolio, while maintaining the hands-on, detail-oriented approach that has become the company’s hallmark.
