The Downtown Real Estate Softball League (DRESL) in Chicago announced that Nathan Greenhalgh, Vice President at Rightsize Facility, has been appointed Executive Director.

ā€œI’m honored to become Executive Director and look forward to continuing to serve the league and promote it within our industry and ensure that it continues to provide fun opportunities for brokers to compete and enjoy camaraderie for decades to come,ā€ Nathan said of his appointment.

In his six-year participation with DRESL, Nathan has become increasingly involved in the administration of the league, from organizing sponsors to promoting the league on social media to publishing the DRESL Droppings newsletter, which features video highlights, game photos and recaps.

DRESL has been a staple of the Chicago commercial real estate community for nearly 50 years. Founded by Richie Klein in 1978, the league includes 15 teams from the largest commercial real estate brokerage firms. Richie co-leads DRESL along with Lee Golub, Assistant Commissioner and Principal at Golub & Co, and Nathan. The 2026 season starts May 4.
