Chicago-based Draper and Kramer, Incorporated announced that Jacob Gauptman has joined its Commercial Finance Group as a producer. He brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate debt to his role, with roughly half of that time specializing in FHA/HUD multifamily financing.
Prior to joining Draper and Kramer, Gauptman worked for one of the leading HUD lenders in the U.S. In his career to date, he has been involved with more than $600 million in FHA-insured financing, including experience with 221(d)(4), 223(f) and 223(a)(7) loan programs.
A New York City native currently residing in Florida, Gauptman graduated from Baruch College in Manhattan, earning a degree in statistics and quantitative modeling.
