Chicago-based full-service real estate firm Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplace honor by the Chicago Tribune. The annual Top Workplaces list is based on results of an employee feedback survey, administered by an independent research firm, that measures multiple aspects of workplace culture.
“As a family-owned company, we take tremendous pride in providing a progressive corporate environment that prioritizes support, training and professional development opportunities for all employees,” said Forrest Bailey, chief executive officer of Chicago-based Draper and Kramer, in a written statement. “That makes it especially rewarding to be included on the 2017 list of Chicago’s Top Workplaces – particularly since the judges were our own employees.”
Honored in the category of midsize workplaces, Draper and Kramer is one of just a handful of real estate firms among the 139 companies and organizations named to the 2017 Top Workplaces list, and is also among the oldest firms recognized. Since its founding in 1893, Draper and Kramer has been a Chicago-area leader in residential and commercial property management, acquisition and development, commercial finance and residential mortgage services, and today has a presence in markets across the country.
