Chicago-based DTZ, a global property services firm, has restructured its Global Occupier Services leadership team.

Quentin Knights, who formerly led the Americas operations of the Global Occupier Services division, has been named to the newly created position of executive vice president of global operations. He will relocated to DTZ’s global headquarters in Chicago.

Todd Richardson, senior vice president of new business development in facilities management, will move into a new position as head of business development for the Americas operations of the division. He will maintain his office in Boston.
