Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group announced that it is expanding its team with the addition of Associate Ted Romas and Marketing Associate Jillian Enger.
As an Associate, Ted focuses on multifamily property valuations, market analysis, and transaction execution throughout the Chicagoland market.
Prior to joining Essex, he served as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at EXACT Sports, where he led revenue strategy, structured partnerships, and negotiated high-value agreements.
Outside of brokerage, Ted manages his own apartment portfolio and is active in his local community through neighborhood clean-up initiatives. He also enjoys golfing and going all-out for Halloween.
Ted graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Business and holds a master’s degree in psychology from Adler University.
As a Marketing Associate, Jillian helps drive the firm’s brand presence through digital marketing initiatives, social media management, content development, and coordinated campaign execution.
Prior to joining Essex, she worked in the residential real estate industry as a Marketing Specialist, where she focused on social media content and digital campaign management.
Outside of work, Jillian enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending fitness classes, and going to concerts.
Jillian graduated from Illinois State University in 2025 with a B.A. in Marketing and a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communication.
