Essex Realty Group, a Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, has promoted Joe Kahlhammer to Director.
Kahlhammer joined Essex in 2023 and focuses primarily on transactions in Chicago’s South and West-side neighborhoods. Prior to joining Essex, Joe worked in the construction management and commercial brokerage industries. In his time at Essex, he has facilitated over $43.47 Million in transactions across 731 units throughout Chicagoland.
Kahlhammer attended Eastern Illinois University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in applied engineering & technology with a concentration in Construction Management. Joe will continue to specialize in providing advisory services for multifamily and mixed-use investment properties in Chicago’s South and West neighborhoods.
