Essex Realty Group, Inc., a Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, promoted Brian Karmowski to partner.
Since joining Essex Realty Group in 2011, Karmowski has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth, specializing in both the Chicago suburban and metropolitan markets. Over his 13 years in commercial real estate brokerage, Karmowski has closed more than $750 million in investment sales transactions and has served as a leader and mentor within the firm.
Karmowski joins the team of partners alongside Brian Kochendorfer, Doug Imber, Jim Darrow, Steve Livaditis, Jordan Gottlieb, and Kate Varde.
