Interra Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment services firm, hired Tommy Richard as an associate. This is the third new hire for the growing company over the past three months.
Richard will work alongside Senior Managing Partner Joe Smazal and Director Mark Dykstra, according to David Goss and Jon Morgan, co-founders and managing principals of Interra. Specializing in the north side of Chicagoland, Richard will focus on market analysis, asset valuation and business development.
Following his 2024 graduation from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, Richard interned with Interra. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
Richard’s arrival follows a wave of new talent joining Interra. In February, the firm announced the hiring of Joe Braun as a director and Andrew Stassi as an associate, in addition to promotions for Paul Waterloo to the role of managing partner and Harrison Pinkus to the role of managing director.
