Interra Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment services firm, has hired Alex Cohen as an associate. In this role, Cohen will focus on market analysis, asset valuation and business development, working alongside Managing Partner Craig Martin to help Interra build on its significant growth.
Prior to joining Interra, Cohen worked in commercial mortgage brokerage in New York City, holding positions at Dwight Capital, Meridian Capital Group and CBRE. With a focus on construction and bridge lending, he collaborated with developers on the acquisition of debt for large-scale multifamily and condominium projects.
A licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Cohen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in economics.
