Interra Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment services firm, promoted Michael Duckler to the role of managing director. To support the firm’s continued growth, Interra has also hired Jordan Zaroff and Jack Pearson as associates.
Since joining the company in 2019, Duckler has participated in numerous middle-market multifamily transactions. His most recent deals include the $5.65 million sale of 5069 N. Northwest Highway, a 14-unit apartment building in Chicago’s Jefferson Park neighborhood; the $2.55 million sale of 2300-2312 S. Central Ave., a 24-unit mixed-use building in Cicero, Ill.; and the $1.764 million sale of 5641 W. 103rd St., a 12-unit rental property in Oak Lawn, Ill.
A Chicago native, Duckler previously served as a sports and brand consultant at Creative Artists Agency. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
Zaroff will work alongside Senior Managing Partner Brad Feldman, while Pearson will work with Managing Partner Lucas Fryman and Director Max Grossman. In these roles, Zaroff and Pearson will focus on market analysis, asset valuation and business development.
Prior to joining Interra, Zaroff served as a business development and marketing associate at IFP Communications and a brand partnership coordinator with Grey Space Group. A licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Zaroff graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in sports marketing and management.
The founder of home services app Flyby, Pearson also previously served as product manager at Homebound and Procare Solutions. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where he obtained a master’s degree in architecture, and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
