Within just one year, Jackson has secured a listing alongside Principal and Designated Managing Broker Lee Kiser and Advisor Kyle Sissell for Copper View Apartments, a premier multi-family property in Champaign, Illinois.
Shutan has been promoted to Advisor, focusing on properties in the Indiana market. Indiana, known for its stable economic environment and favorable business climate, presents ample opportunities for multi-family investments, especially in markets such as Northwest Indiana, Lafayette, Indianapolis and Evansville. Noah is actively involved in networking, diligent underwriting, market analysis, and team collaboration to optimally position his clients. Noah has secured a listing alongside Principal and Designated Managing Broker Lee Kiser and Advisor Kyle Sissell for Ivy Green Apartments, a premier multi-family property in Richmond, Indiana.
Wern has advanced to the role of Advisor with a focus on the Ohio market. Ohio, with its mix of urban and suburban communities, offers diverse opportunities for multi-family investments, particularly in markets such as Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. Hunter brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and tenacity to the Midwest team. His responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, building client relationships, underwriting deals, and preparing deal documentation for clients and potential buyers.
