Chicago’s Kiser Group promoted Andy Friedman from senior director to partner.

Since joining the firm, Friedman has played an integral role in driving the success of Kiser Group’s Chicagoland business through his expertise in condominium deconversions, multifamily sales, and mixed-use transactions across Chicago’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

With a transaction volume exceeding $270 million, Friedman’s notable achievements include:

  • Barry Quad Condominium Deconversion – 115 units, $32.3 million
  • Granville Tower Condominium Deconversion – 154 units, $31.5 million
  • Harvard House Condominium Deconversion – 96 units, $18.3 million
  • 1340 W Morse Sale – 110 units, $16.8 million

Friedman has successfully brokered deals in neighborhoods such as Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Rogers Park, West Ridge, Edgewater, Sheridan Park, Uptown, Logan Square, Oak Park, and South Austin, demonstrating his vast market knowledge and versatility.

His exceptional work was recognized in 2023 when he won ReJournals’ “Multifamily Sale of the Year” for the $31.5 million Granville Tower condominium deconversion sale.
