Chicago’s LaSalle Investment Management recently acquired a 626,784-square-foot bulk warehouse in Kenosha, Wis. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Built in 2008, the cross dock warehouse features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems and a significant amount of additional trailer parking. The acquisition also includes an adjacent 34-acre land parcel that can accommodate a second building as large as 650,000 square feet.
Paul White, managing director at LaSalle Investment Management, said, “The property offers a strategic opportunity to acquire a Class-A asset at a substantial discount to replacement cost in a target industrial market for the firm.”
The company has hired the CB Richard Ellis team of Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham to handle the marketing of the property.
