Christopher W. Perry III has joined Chicago’s LeasePipeline.com, a tech platform revolutionizing the commercial real estate leasing process.
Developed in 2010, LeasePipeline.com was created from an owner/operator viewpoint and designed so information on a prospective tenant is entered once and deal analysis, approval routing, comparisons to budget, stacking plans, lender compliance, document routing, reporting, etc. are completely automated.
Mr. Perry leaves IndCor Properties, a portfolio company of The Blackstone Group, where he oversaw due diligence, internal transitions, closing, and post-closing for acquisitions and dispositions. In aggregate, he brings 17 years of experience from commercial real estate (7 years) and information technology (10 years) to LeasePipeline.com.
Mr. Perry joins the rapidly expanding team, which includes Eric Johnston, former VP of Investments with Callahan Capital Partners, as partner at LeasePipeline.com
