Chicago’s Leopardo adds vice president of tenant interiors

Seth Erlich has joined Chicago’s Leopardo as vice president of tenant interiors.

Erlich brings with him nearly 30 years of experience working in construction management with 20 years focused on tenant interiors. During his 11-year tenure at J.C. Anderson, he was responsible for managing and mentoring internal project teams and acting as a primary point of contact between J.C. Anderson and its clients.

Over his career he has collaborated with globally recognized brands such as Bosch, Hostess, Prudential, Kia, Northern Trust and Morgan Stanley, and built a rich network of industry relationships both in downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

In his new role, Erlich will oversee all aspects of Leopardo’s tenant interiors market. He will be responsible for strategy and operations, as well as developing new business relationships while working closely with existing clients and project teams to consistently deliver a quality-driven and client-focused approach.
