Chicago’s Leopardo Construction added two new business development directors to its growing team, further strengthening the company’s ability to build meaningful client relationships and pursue strategic growth opportunities across multiple sectors.
Robert Savino joins as Business Development Director, Tenant Interiors, bringing more than a decade of experience leading sales, operations, and high-value contract negotiations in regulated and high-performance industries.
Most recently, Robert co-founded and scaled Fello Cannabis, where he built a sales pipeline from the ground up to $20M+ in annual revenue, secured funding for large-scale facility development, and streamlined cross-functional processes to achieve industry-leading efficiency. Prior to that, he served as an Account Executive and Facility Manager at Cresco Labs and as Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Sal Sciortino joins as Business Development Director, Retail and Hospitality, leveraging more than 15 years of sales leadership, national account management, and business development experience across the construction and interior finishes industries. He has held regional leadership roles with Caesarstone, Porcelanosa, and Matter Surfaces, where he successfully drove multi-million-dollar revenue growth, led cross-functional teams, and built lasting partnerships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers. Sal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
