Chicago-based Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc. recently named Charles Wagener executive vice president of property management and leasing.
“We are pleased to have Chuck join Lillibridge, where he will be responsible for all aspects of property management and leasing for our Lillibridge-managed portfolio,” said Lillibridge Healthcare Services president and chief executive officer Todd Lillibridge.
Wagener joined Ventas — Lillibridge is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ventas — from Metropolis Investment Holdings Inc., a German-based company, where he had been a senior vice president responsible for leasing and managing the performance of a portfolio that included 6 million square feet.
