Chicago’s Maverick Commercial Mortgage has promoted Dylan Batman to vice president.
During the past five years, Batman has assisted in the financing of commercial mortgages and transactions totaling more than $750 million.
Maverick Commercial Mortgage, which has closed loans on multifamily, industrial and retail properties, has also created a niche in financing mobile home parks across the country.
