Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Monarch Realty Partners has promoted Robert Berman to senior director from director.
Berman joined Monarch in 2018 and focuses his efforts throughout the South and West side neighborhoods of Chicago including South Shore, Woodlawn, Washington Park, Auburn Gresham and Austin, along with numerous others.
Since May of 2019, Berman has successfully facilitated the sale of 50 multifamily properties in excess of $44 million.
“Robert has a tireless work ethic, detailed understanding of the neighborhoods he works, and exceptional ability to find the right buyer for the transaction and get deals closed,” said Bill Baumann, principal and managing broker of Monarch.
