Northbrook, Ill.-based Next Realty recently hired Sara Chaiken as leasing director and Nick Howard as financial analyst.
Chaiken will oversee leasing activity at the firm’s 36 properties located primarily in the Chicago area. Currently, the Next Realty portfolio is 97 percent leased.
Chaiken brings eight years of experience to her position. She most recently served as an associate with Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services.
Howard brings five years experience to his position. He most recently served at Archon Group on the company’s Chicago-based retail investments team.
