Charles Krawitz is the new chief operating officer at Chicago’s NorthPoint Capital Funding.
Based in NorthPoint Capital’s downtown Chicago office, Krawitz will oversee the expansion and training of the firm’s loan origination staff, and play a central role in meeting the financing needs of the firm’s clients either through correspondent life insurance relationships or as a direct lender able to offer highly attractive long-term, fixed- rate financing on commercial and multifamily properties in the Midwest and across the country.
Krawitz’s commercial real estate financing career began in 1987 and includes positions with highly regarded intermediaries and banks. Of particular note is his leadership of LaSalle Bank’s small balance commercial real estate lending operation, LaSalle Select.
