Finn joins @properties Commercial following successful tenures at industry-leading platforms LoopNet and TenantBase, where he consulted with property owners, brokers, and investors to elevate listings and improve market visibility. His background includes full-cycle sales, strategic client development, and a data-driven approach to advertising and lead generation.
Schrik comes to @properties Commercial following a decade in the restaurant industry, where he honed his skills in client service and business operations. In addition to his role at @properties Commercial, he serves as senior commercial property tax analyst at Chicago Property Tax Appeal and Recovery, where he advises clients on valuation and recovery strategies. He is dually licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin.
