Chicago-based Quantum Real Estate Advisors recently named Tim Franz senior vice president.
Before joining Quantum, Franz spent five years at Zifkin Real Estate Group where he was a top performer focused on disposition, acquisition and product leasing.
“We are very excited to have Tim come on board,” said Chad Firsel, president of Quantum. “He has an extensive resume and has closed transactions throughout the Midwest and Chicago metropolitan market. Tim has a great understanding of the retail real estate business.”
