Redmond, a commercial general contractor with offices in Chicago and Denver, hired Brian Sanders, who will serve as project executive of the firm’s Science and Technology Division.
Sanders brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience and an extensive portfolio of complex lab and cleanroom projects for large institutions and leading corporations.
With a background in project management from his tenure at a national construction firm, Sanders has successfully completed nearly 200,000 square feet of wet lab, laser lab, cleanroom, research and development, and high bay projects across the country.
He has overseen and managed more than $125 million of construction contracts, partnering with prestigious clients such as the University of Chicago, Northwestern University, Argonne National Laboratory, Rush University Medical Center, S&C Electric, and Labcorp. In addition to his impressive science and technology portfolio, Sanders has also completed various high value interior and ground up projects for corporate, hospitality, and residential clients.
