Chicago’s Stotan Industrial has added Conor Nestor as an investment analyst.
Nestor will underwrite investment and development opportunities, manage project due dilience, conduct market research and provide support in the leasing and disposition of assets.
Before joining Stotan, Nestor worked for two years at JLL as a valuation advisory analyst with the firm’s industrial group.
Nestor holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in finance and a minor in real estate from The Ohio State University.
