Chicago’s Stotan Industrial has hired Alex Garibaldi as vice president and construction manager.
He is responsible for all aspects of site assessment, entitlement and construction of Stotan’s vertical development projects.
Before joining Stotan, Garibaldi was a development associate at Brennan Investment Group in Rosemont, Illinois. He managed the development of build-to-suit and speculative industrial projects both locally and in the Chicago area and nationally.
Before that, Garibaldi worked at Clayco Chicago and at The Hanover Company in San Diego.
