Chicago’s TAWANI Property Management announced that it will shift its investment strategy to prioritize specialty use and commercial properties. As part of this transition, the company will place its multi-family properties located in the Rogers Park neighborhoods on the market.

Among the multi-family properties for sale in Rogers Park are Farcroft by the Lake, Alef Park, Dalet Park, Mayne Annex, Greenglen Park, and 1323 W. Morse. The Monroe Building at 104 S. Michigan Avenue, a historic commercial property, thoughtfully upgraded with the latest amenities and technologies, will remain part of TPM’s portfolio.
