Eli Mash recently joined the Modal Group, a tenant-rep real estate brokerage firm based in Chicago. Mash will focus on working with tenants and buyers in the Interstate-55 corridor.

He works hard, and he’s humble,” said Daniel Smolensky, president of the Modal Group. “His background in finance gives him an edge on his peers as he understands how real estate and business operations align.”
Mash has a robust pipeline and has already completed a 40,000-square-foot warehouse transaction in Romeoville, Ill., and an office lease with a high tech firm in Chicago.
