Chase Commercial Term Lending announced that Chris Cernek has joined the Commercial Mortgage Lending team as a Client Manager in Chicago. In this capacity, Chris will be responsible for providing commercial real estate professionals with term financing solutions for purchase or refinance of stabilized retail, office, industrial and mixed use properties.
Chris has been an active member of the Chicago real estate finance community for the last 25 years and is currently a member of the Real Estate Lenders Association, Chicago Real Estate Council and Real Estate Investment Association.
