Entre Commercial Realty has hired Chris Wilbur to expand the firm’s coverage in South and Southwest Chicago and suburban markets. Wilbur brings with him four years of business-to-business sales experience and two years as an office tenant representation broker in Chicago.
As an associate member at Entre, Wilbur focuses on business development and project execution for Entre’s South/Southwest team, led by Jeff Locascio, SIOR. Wilbur’s services include both landlord/seller representation, tenant/buyer representation and sales and leasing of industrial properties in South/Southwest Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Prior to joining Entre, Wilbur spent two years with Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Chicago where he specialized in business development throughout the West Loop and office leasing for law firms and financial institutions. His background in marketing, sales and real estate provides his clients with a competitive edge.
Wilbur received his BS in marketing from Saint Xavier University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
