Premier Commercial Realty has hired a new broker, Chris Yuan.
Yuan will be working with seasoned brokers as part of the company’s apprenticeship program. He is currently a licensed real estate broker working towards receiving his CCIM designation.
Throughout the last decade, Yuan has run two Jimmy John’s franchise locations, was a partner in two nightclubs and incorporated a commercial and residential cleaning company. Yuan realized he wanted to give real estate his full attention and sold both Jimmy John’s locations before beginning work at Premier Commercial Realty.
Yuan is fluent in both Cantonese and Madarin, has played violin for 22 years, enjoys fishing and Jiu Jitsu training, and is a ski instructor and certified paramedic.
